Troubleshooting
My client didn't receive the quote email
Updated
If a client says your quote or invoice email never arrived, it's almost always one of a few simple things. Work through these in order.
Quick checks
- Check the email address on the client's record for typos — a single wrong character means it bounces.
- Ask them to check spam/junk — new senders sometimes land there. Ask them to mark it 'not spam'.
- Confirm you actually sent it — the quote should show as sent in your dashboard.
The most reliable fix
Don't wait on email — use the Copy link button and send the quote link directly via WhatsApp, SMS or any chat. The link opens the same quote, and you'll see when it's opened. See send a quote and share on WhatsApp.
Tip
A shareable link almost never gets blocked the way an email can, and it lets the client accept and e-sign in their browser — so it's often the best first choice, not just a backup.

Frequently asked questions
Why would my client not receive the email?
The most common reasons are a typo in their email address, the message landing in spam/junk, or an over-strict company mail filter. Copying the quote link and sending it via WhatsApp or chat avoids all three.
Can I resend a quote?
Yes — you can resend it, or use Copy link to share the same quote another way. The link always points to the latest version.
