Trouble getting into your account? Here are the fixes for the most common sign-in issues.
I didn't get the confirmation email
- Check your spam/junk folder and the exact address you signed up with.
- Use Resend confirmation email on the login page.
- Or sign in with Google instead — it skips email confirmation entirely.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click Forgot your password?, enter your email, and follow the secure reset link to set a new one. See manage your account.
Sign in with Google
If you first signed up with Google, keep using the Continue with Google button — there's no separate password unless you've set one.
Wrong account?
If you have more than one email, make sure you're signing in with the address you originally registered. The dashboard and your quotes are tied to that account.
Frequently asked questions
I never received the confirmation email — what now?
Check your spam folder and the address you used, then click 'Resend confirmation email' on the login page. Signing in with Google avoids email confirmation altogether.
Can I switch from Google sign-in to a password?
You can set a password from your account settings; until then, continue using the Continue with Google button to sign in.
