Troubleshooting
My quote or PDF doesn't look right
Updated
If your quote or invoice doesn't look how you expect, it's almost always a quick fix in your settings.
My logo isn't showing
Upload your logo in Settings. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. If you've just added it, regenerate the PDF so it picks up the new logo. See add your logo and branding.
The layout or accent looks off
The header style, fonts and accent come from your chosen template. Try a different one in the template gallery, or override it on the individual quote — see choose a template.
The fonts look different in the PDF
PDFs use print-safe fonts, so a document can look slightly different from the on-screen version — that's expected and renders consistently for everyone who opens it. The web view always uses your full brand fonts.
Non-Latin languages
If you quote in Arabic, Chinese or another non-Latin script, the on-screen quote renders perfectly; some scripts display best in the web view rather than the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my logo missing from the quote?
Either no logo has been uploaded in Settings, or the quote was created before you added it. Upload a transparent PNG or SVG and regenerate the document.
Why does the PDF look different from the screen?
PDFs use print-safe fonts so they render identically on any device. The on-screen version uses your full brand fonts, so small differences are normal.
