Choose a quote and invoice template

Jotquote includes a range of professional templates that vary the header style, accent, fonts and table look. Your branding stays the same across all of them — the template just changes the layout.
Set your default template
In Settings, open the template gallery and pick the one you like. It becomes the default for every new quote and invoice. Each option shows a live mini-preview so you can compare at a glance.
Override for a single quote
On any quote, you can switch the template just for that document without changing your default — handy for a one-off that needs a different feel.
Same template, quote and invoice
Your chosen template is used for both the quote and the invoice it becomes, so your documents stay consistent end to end.
Don't forget to set your logo and brand colour — they appear on every template.
Frequently asked questions
Does changing the template change my branding?
No. Your logo, brand colour and details stay the same — the template only changes the layout, fonts and accents.
Can different quotes use different templates?
Yes. You set one default for your workspace, but you can override the template on an individual quote whenever you like.
