Your branding appears on every quote, invoice and proposal you send, so it's worth setting up once at the start. It all lives in Settings.
What to set
- Business name and logo — shown in the document header.
- Brand colour — used as the accent on your documents.
- Contact details — email, phone, website and address.
- Default currency and validity period for quotes.
One-time setup
Once saved, your branding flows onto every document automatically — you never have to add your logo to a quote again.

Frequently asked questions
What logo format should I upload?
A PNG or SVG with a transparent background looks best in the document header. A square or wide logo both work.
Can I change my branding later?
Yes — update your logo, colour or details in Settings any time, and new documents use the latest version.
