Manage your account (name, email and password)

Your personal account details — separate from your business profile — are managed on the Account page.

Update your details

  • Name and avatar — how you appear in the app.
  • Email — change it and confirm via the link sent to the new address.
  • Password — set a new password after confirming your current one.

Forgot your password?

On the login page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email. You'll get a secure reset link — follow it to set a new password.

Account vs. business profile

Your Account holds your personal login details. Your business name, logo and contact info (shown on documents) live in Settings — see add your branding.

Signed in with Google? You can keep using Google to sign in — no separate password needed unless you set one.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot your password?' on the login page, enter your email, and follow the secure reset link we send you to choose a new password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. On the Account page, enter your new email; we send a confirmation link to that address to verify the change.
