Create a quote by voice

Don't feel like typing? Describe the job out loud and Jotquote's voice assistant listens, asks for anything it needs, and produces an itemised quote — handy when you're driving between jobs or have your hands full.
How to use it
- On New quote, choose the Voice tab.
- Allow microphone access when prompted.
- Describe the job — the assistant greets you and listens.
- When it has enough, the quote opens in the editor for review.
Set your assistant up
In Settings you can name your assistant, choose its voice and pick the language it speaks and writes the quote in. Voice quoting is available on paid plans.
Voice and photo are just two ways in — you can always type a description instead, and edit the result either way.
Frequently asked questions
Which plans include voice quoting?
Voice quoting is a paid-plan feature (Solo, Pro and Agency), each with a monthly allowance of voice minutes. Free accounts can upgrade to unlock it.
Can it understand other languages?
Yes. You can set the language your assistant speaks and writes the quote in, so you can quote in your customers' language.
