Creating & sending quotes
Duplicate and reuse a quote
Updated
If you do similar jobs again and again, you don't need to rebuild a quote every time. Duplicate a previous one and adjust it for the new client.
Duplicate a quote
- Open the quote you want to reuse.
- Click Duplicate.
- A new draft is created with the same line items and details.
- Change the client, tweak the line items and pricing, then send.
Your best jobs become templates
Duplicating turns your strongest past quotes into reusable starting points — great for standard packages or repeat work, while still letting you adjust every detail.
Need to send an expired quote again? Duplicating it gives you a fresh, sendable draft. For brand-new quotes, see how to create a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Does duplicating copy the client too?
It copies the quote's content as a new draft. You can keep the same client or switch to a new one before sending — nothing is sent until you choose to.
Can I reuse an expired or declined quote?
Yes. Duplicate it to create a fresh draft you can edit and send again, since the original expired or declined quote can't be reactivated.
