Follow-ups and quote reminders
Updated
Most quotes that go cold just needed a nudge. Jotquote helps you stay on top of follow-ups so you win more of the work you quote.
Know when a quote is opened
The first time a client opens your quote link, you get an email — the perfect moment to follow up while you're top of mind.
Automatic reminders
Jotquote emails you a reminder when a quote is about to expire, or when it's been sent for a while but still hasn't been opened — so nothing slips through the cracks.
Quotes expire on time
Set a valid-until date and the quote is automatically marked expired once it passes, so your pipeline stays accurate. A declined or expired quote can't be turned into an invoice.
What to say
Need wording for the nudge? Our blog covers exactly how to follow up on a quote and what to do when a client won't respond.
Frequently asked questions
Will my client get automatic reminders?
No — reminders are sent to you, the business owner, not the client. You stay in control of when and how you follow up, so it never feels like spam to your customer.
What happens when a quote expires?
Once a quote passes its valid-until date it's marked expired automatically. You can duplicate it to send a fresh quote, but an expired quote can't be converted to an invoice.
