Send quotes in another language

Serving customers who speak another language? Jotquote can write your quotes — and label the document — in the language you choose, so your client reads everything in their own language.
Set your quote language
- Go to Settings → Quote language.
- Choose from the list of supported languages.
- Generate a quote as usual — the title, scope and line items come out in that language.
Labels translate too
The document's fixed labels — Bill to, Subtotal, Total, table headers and the status seal — are shown in the selected language on the web view, so the whole quote reads naturally.
Multi-language is a paid-plan feature; free accounts quote in English. Voice quoting can also speak and write in your chosen language — see create a quote by voice.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages are supported?
Jotquote supports a wide range of languages for quote content, with the document labels localised for many of the most common ones. Set your language in Settings.
Does the PDF come out in the language too?
The web quote renders in any language. PDFs render fully for Latin-script languages; right-to-left and CJK scripts display in the on-screen version best.
