For bigger or more competitive jobs, a plain quote sometimes isn't enough. AI proposals add a persuasive narrative to your quote so it reads like a pitch, not just a price.
Generate a proposal
- Open a quote and find the AI proposal panel.
- Click Generate — the AI writes an overview, your approach, deliverables, a timeline and a why-choose-us section from the job and line items.
- Edit any section to match your voice, then save.
It shows on the client's document
The proposal appears above the line items on the quote your client sees and on the PDF — turning a quote into a polished proposal without extra tools.
AI proposals are a Pro/Agency feature. A proposal is a pre-sale tool, so it's shown on quotes — once a quote becomes an invoice, the proposal is hidden. Not sure which document you need? See quote vs estimate vs proposal.

Which plans include AI proposals?
AI proposals are available on the Pro and Agency plans. Free and Solo users see an upgrade prompt on the proposal panel.
Can I edit the proposal text?
Yes. Every section — overview, approach, deliverables, timeline and why-us — is fully editable, so you can tailor the AI's draft to your voice before sending.
